Thank you becoming a police officer with a desire to serve the people. I have respect for our local police officers. Americans has no right to ask to defund the police. Stay open for business please. LOL. We need good officers to protect our rights. So thank you. If I had a Facebook account, I would love to highlight good officers and make them shine, However.....
I just witnessed a youtube video with Ks of views where this departments officers wasnt representing the people lawfully. Is that really the image this department wishes to convey to the very people cops swore an oath to protect ?
In the video its apparent the officers who swore an oath to God and Country, did it not to serve, but just to gain employment. Why? Because those officers in the video were combative and ignorant of the law and didnt honor their oath. They prohibited the American practice of the 1st ammendment in public, and attempted to legislate a law in order to pass the law of Laws that says in America "us, you, me, and we the people need permission from cops first before we can be free".
Outside of the video, cops should be honoring their oath to the Constitutions and our freedoms. Officers remain under that oath. The only time cops step above it, is if the public breaks the law and cops takes jurisdiction over the people, and extort our money. Then cops can ask for ID. We can say no!!
Until then the public has authority over their own freedom and this department should be serving the people by allowing freedom to occur, by creating an atmosphere of freedom inside the cities and our communities.
Untrained cops misrepresent the authority they are assigned with and about our freedom in this video. Cops who claim to be in charge of our constitutional rights. Cops should be re-trained to deescalate and protect free people and who record police in the course of their duties and to uphold our civil liberties and to protect our rights to record. Penal Code : 148.G,. In the video police are accused of failing to identify, abandoning their oath, disorderly conduct, harrassment, gaslighting the public and lying. Our legal system will and have been made aware. So...
Stop trying to convince the pulic we need permission to peacefully record police. Actually we already have permission. Cops ask in response to this email from who ? Because cops didnt learn it at the academy. What law or right gives the public permission ? This is how! We have a 248 year old document that was signed by a group of republican men. You may have heard about it? Its called the constitution! This document gives Americans several rights including the right to peacfully record cops. Cops are trained to demand ID when this American right is being exercised with such force too. And so thats why we record and expose dirty cops for our legal system to witness.
If cops cant protect freedom where they work, cops are nobody we need to answer to unless we break the law. Cops are law enforcement and if no laws are being broken then cops have no busniess enforcing anything. Police need to answer to the public when we ask, and identify. Now, back to this video..
1st ammendment auditors asked in the video what their name and badge numbers were. Cops should be disciplined for saying (It’s Right Here), as they pointed to their chest like almost as if the cop is learning what their name is for the first time too. Is that spelled HERE or HEAR. First name Right, last name Here? Ok. Silly. Its right here !! Is that what cops are trained to tell the judge in court? Of course not. Cops fear the very thing they are required to protect. Its always the dishonest cops who hate the camera and the very camera cops cant control. Outside the video, cops delete incriminating body cam footage illegally all the time. But cops can not delete ours.Thank goodness we live in the age of the camera phone so we can keep our employees, bad and good cops, accountable and when cops violate our rights unlawfully for practicing freedom and are recorded and when cops detain citizens without (RAS) they are the very innocent people who havent broken the law and were unlawfully arrested. Those people, me, you, and we the people, have the right to file lawsuits against this unlawful act, and the judge in that case who finds guilty cops culpable of this crime for instance, could result in losing their qualified immunity and the plaintiff could be attached to the cops pention. How sad but fair.
So if this department doesnt want that, but desires to serve the people instead, they should be taught that Americans will be entitled by God to these 5 freedoms:
-Freedom of Press : Cops say I need to see your ID
-Freedom of Speech : Cops say I need to see your ID
-Address our Grievances : Cops say I need to see your ID
-Freedom to Assemble : Cops say I need to see your ID
-Freedom of Religion : Cops say I need to see your ID
Outside of the video and in my personal opinion,
When an untrained cop detains private citizens for instance, and notices people practicing their right to freedom of religion to praise God as Jesus, cops will demand to see ID. Yes cops do. And dont show cops ID belonging to people who practice freedom to assemble for a birthday party for instance, because cops will want to see it. Silly right ?
So why do cops demand to see our ID from people who exercise freedom of press when we come and record police at the station, when cops knowingly are aware that this is an American freedom. Its not even a privilege, its our right !
And by the way when cops pull innocent people over for no reason other than being bored for example. Don’t wait to be dismissed. Ask for names & badge numbers and politely terminate the encounter while recording and email that footage to the chief of police and then upload it on YouTube. If youre an American, you, me, and we the people have that right. And when the public views this suspecious behavior and it gets the attention of the departments leadership and law enforcement senior council, this will keep the captain accountable and force him/her to issue that cop a written complaint to be kept in his/her police jacket. It becomes a public record. And the chief should resign. So..
Avoid a conviction and Learn the law. What you know is how much you know, without knowing it !! But know this !
If the camera makes this department feel so unsafe, if the publics freedom is so dangerous to our community, or scary. If freedom is so suspecious, then the enemy whoever this department claims that to be, has already won, and this department has failed. Cops feelings don’t trump our rights. And If cops dont want tax paying citizens on public property to peacfully exercise their rights, then tell Trump to build a wall around the police station. MCGA. ( Make Cops Great Again). So...
Why turn suspecious activity into an unlawful detainment. Question? Is suspecious activity a felony or a misdemeanor? Neither. Cops cant turn our rights into a suspicious activity but I guess thats the way dirty cops are trained. And all the mistrust from cops to the public, the police departments earn it every day. And that is why there is an embarrassing disconnect between law abiding citizens and pitifull police. According to this video, cops failed to find the real criminals because its not 1st ammendment auditors or constitutional law scholars who flexed their rights. We flex them out of complete failure from dirty cops who refuse to protect our rights, and cops in the video were also terribly rude.
So look. Why be rude on camera? Why be rude, period ! It only proves that a scary boogy-man wears a badge !
Why would free citizens want to give an untrained monster, with a loaded gun our personal contact information? But we dont want to be shot for having a wallet in our hand either. (Amadou Diallo Feb. 4, 1999.) Know your rights and protect yourself! Thomas Jefferson said "Those who trade liberty in for safety deserves neither" because we should be able to take care of ourselves.
In conclusion..... I have respect for good cops who honor their oath. Its lawfully attractive to witness. Yes it is. And ....
Good police officers need a psychological evaluation and a raise and given a promotion. Please !!! Reward good cops with a discretionary spot bonus of $40,000 thousand dollars every 36 months for good behavior to begin immediately. Much respect to our local and distant police officers who keep their oath. Stay true to your promises to serve the public, because were recordfully watching and studying YOU. Isnt freedom fun ?!
Because....
We expect more from guilty cops that we pay and who extort our money and who come to unlawfully arrest us, and who violently put us in torture cuffs and who throws us into a dark, dirty cage intended for the most violent offenders. So get back to work ! Youre dismissed! We dont pay you to stand around like cops did in the video.
