If you still plan to proceed with the "Parking Plaza(s) Plan", Please make sure you do this:
IF you intend to vote on the issues of 1) "Surplus Land", 2) "Leasing the Plaza(s)" to a developer (or others), or 3) Agreeing to financially subsidize any part of the plans:
Please notify me, the general public and the Save Downtown Menlo group (in writing) immediately, so there there will be adequate time to publish independent notices in the media, and elsewhere.
The voters must have full transparency (and be allowed full public attendance) on decisions, like these, that can adversely affect the Vitality of Downtown Menlo Park, and the Financial Condition of the City.
Failure to properly notify the voters, in advance, of such important decisions would, in my opinion, make such decisions null and void.
Let me know in writing if you Do NOT agree with this request.
