Hi,
We live on Oak Grove Avenue and the loud revving of the cars wake us up at
7AM every Sunday when Coffee Bar hosts Cars and Coffee. This is a
residential neighborhood and it’s extremely disruptive especially so early
in the morning. Is there anything the City can do to fix the problem? If
they could move the event to a later time or move the location? It’s a near
constant stream from 7am-11am of cars with extremely loud engines driving
down the street in front of our apartment and it’s very obnoxious and
disruptive. According to Facebook, the event is hosted by user JamesArtist.
