It will not work!
Empty upper levels and empty below street level spaces at 1:30 pm June 23, 2026 at the Bryant street and 350 Sherman parking ramps in Palo Alto CA.
Council members: You must address this reality:
A multi-level parking ramp will NOT comply with the parameters you required (to replace the existing street level parking spaces).
Assurance from developers do NOT match the reality that I observe (and you can too).
I am unbiased. Are your sources of information unbiased?
As a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 50 years of experience in such deals, I must advise you to abandon this park ramp plan. it is defective.
