Hello!! Does it seem wise for the Sobratos to put in another building in what will be our floodplain? The city is going to have to bail people out on some level, or at least send emergency workers to collect them during a flood, so it seems foolish to allow more construction. Is there stipulation in agreements that the city has zero responsibility towards people who purchase and build after whatever date it became clear that area will flood?
