Mayor Nash, council members,
Provide me with a written explanation of WHY you are spending tax payer money, and proceeding with the "parking plaza development," when it is NOT needed; ( see attached) especially in light of the citys deficit. it is NOT feasible and ill-advised by adjacent property owners, voters, realtors and contractors.
Please Table (or abandon) all actions on this matter .
