I am writing to support the *Habitat for Humanity project at 335 Pierce
Road in Belle Haven*. This initiative addresses housing displacement and
promotes a stronger, more stable community. As a resident of Belle Haven, I
value the chance to buy a home and have my children live here.
Please consider approving the fee concession waiver if it lowers the cost
per unit for buyers. I hope to see more affordable housing opportunities in
my neighborhood.
