Hi City Council,
I just moved to Menlo Park and am confused by how the train could blow its horn nearly non-stop for the past two hours. Its currently 8:42pm on a Tuesday.
In my experience, trains move. Generally, the horn is blown while moving. In Menlo, Im hearing the train blowing the horn every few minutes as if it is stuck to the tracks.
Would you mind taking the time to explain this before insanity takes it toll. It wouldnt be so bad if it werent quite possibly one of the loudest train horns on earth.
