Menlo Spark understands there will likely be an agenda item on August 27 regarding the Climate Action Plan and emissions from stationary sources (buildings). I am not aware of the specific agenda item number being assigned yet. We submit the attached analysis of options for consideration by the Council and ask that if possible it be included in information forwarded to the Council regarding this item.
