Measure P simply explained

Yes or No on Ballot measure P ?

Simply explained:

Your "Yes" vote says:
"I Care" If the Downtown Parking Lots are going to be changed in a big way, let me have a say in that decision.
Versus:
Your "No" vote says:
"I Dont care" if just three (3) people on the city council can give away our $50 million dollar 5 acres of downtown parking lots to a Private Developer for $1 dollar per year for 55 years, to build "for profit" apartments, and the city has to spend $10 million to $50 million of tax payers money to pay for a parking ramp that is too small to replace the existing parking lot; even though the city is in a Financial Deficit NOW and well into the Future!

Personally, YES, I Care seems better than NO, I dont care.
Make sure you vote!
