Pursuant to the California Public Records Act, I am requesting, in addition
to the name of the rogue Palo Alto officer who tased an unarmed man at the
Stanford Mall on July 18, the following:
1. All use-of-force reports prepared by any member of the PAPD related to
this incident.
2. The location where the Taser prongs were removed.
3. The full set of body-camera footage, including all digital footage of
the handcuffing of the unarmed man tasered by the rogue PAPD officer.
4. Any other digital footage of this incident taken by any member of the
PAPD.
5. The days the unarmed Taser victim spent under medical care after his
tasering on July 19, 2026.
6. The hospital the Taser victim was taken to.
7. Any other digital footage of this incident taken into the custody of the
PAPD. This would include digital footage collected from surveillance
cameras at the Stanford Mall.
8. All police reports prepared regarding the incident.
9. The full name of the Taser victim.
10. All contact information for the Taser victim.
11. The initial amount of money the City of Palo Alto is offering the Taser
victim before a formal multi-million dollar suit is filed.
12. Any and all other information we are entitled to re this incident
pursuant to the California Public Records Act.
