I read that the City of Menlo Park wants to put low income housing on the land now occupied by Parking lots, downtown. I have lived in Menlo Park for many years. I have known for many years that walking into the Council Chambers had a negative affect on new and sitting Council Members, Yes, the Parking lots need ATTENTION BUT NOTLow Income Housing 1 The Parking Lots downtown need to be REPAVED & RELIGHTED ! The downtown Merchants and their Patrons have been treated poorly by this and previous City Councils. It is time that we re-considered the criteria for Council membership in order to UPGRADE THE Quality of the group!
