This November will mark 24 years that our family has lived in the Willows neighborhood. We are writing to express our main concern about the proposed building project at 80 Willow Road:
As we understand it, the development plans to add 665 new residential units to our housing supply. However, the proposed development would simultaneously create 3,100 jobs — more than 3x the number of employed residents these homes could house. As such, the plans put further strain on the jobs/housing imbalance and worsen our existing housing deficit. This is in complete opposition to the spirit of the Builders Remedy law.
