You must understand and consider the human nature of customers.
Fact:
When convenient parking is not available at Menlo Parks ACE Hardware, customers will go to Home Depot, where parking IS Convenient. (Because Ramp parking is NOT convenient )
Same is true for our restaurants, spas, etc.
Please do this.
Go to Palo Altos ramps and park on level B or level 4, in the ramp, and then walk at least 1/3 mile to a store, and then walk back ( carrying your bag of purchases) to the ramp and ride the elevator back to your car on lower level B or upper level 4.
(Note: for example: it is 1/2 mile from Peets to Stacks in Menlo Park)
That is what your "LEGACY" will be for Revitalizing Downtown Menlo Park!
NOT Convenient!
NOT Acceptable!
Human Nature will not accept a Ramp, as a "Replacement" for street level parking. (Common Sense)
STOP and seek other locations ( but, only IF needed)
Otherwise, You are making a serious, expensive, irreversible Mistake !
