Whom ever it is this letter: I resist damn crazy idea about “converting” basically stealing already functional tennis courts into some useless pickle all.
First of all, no one can just take that resources away from long time Menlo Park residents like myself living here over r30’years. It have been used for tennis court and it is the city’s budget spent on tennis court and not pickle ball. pickle ball community is very new and they need to establish and raise money and resources for their own means.

Hillview middle school organize every year tournament for this school
Children, there is no Menlo park resident allowed to take these ongoing event away from middle schoolers in Menlo Park.

If the pickle ball community want court for themselves they will need to raise money and build one for themselves . They are absolutely not allowed to just take what ever they desire, they have no rights.

One community like pickle ball community have no rights to even think about to take away resources from an other community like the tennis community. This is racism and discrimination.
The tennis community already donated a space for 4 pickle ball court, both communities have 4 courts even. And this is the farthest we can go in this case.

You need to reply and get back with me in this issue.
