With apologies for filling up your email baskets, I am resending what I attempted to send to you yesterday with questions about growth outlined in the Housing Element draft. Although I experienced issues with my own computer, the citys inbasket garbled up the formatting so I have attached a copy of the letter and copies of tables from source documents.
