I need to correct my comment. I thank both Mayor Nash and Nikki Nagoya for their prompt responses. I had a miscommunication with Nikki on Friday. The water processing will include Reverse Osmosis to meet the planned quality for recycled water as described in the EIR. I am traveling at the moment but I believe the whereas includes MBR/UV. It would be a better record of the WBSD agreement if it says MBR/UV/RO
Nikki also expressed comments related to the policy question I raised. I think that needs more work and will describe the issues I see for her. Hopefully that can be addressed by the Council at future date.
