Thank you for your dedication to citizen diplomacy and to Sister Cities International’s (SCI) mission to promote peace, mutual understanding, and democracy – both at home and around the world.
As global conflicts and war continue, NGOs who measure “global peace” have reported continued declines in peace levels. During these difficult times, it is imperative to remember that the work we all do – both locally and globally – makes a difference and is more important today than ever.
Over the past twelve months, our staff and volunteer teams have worked tirelessly to produce and participate in hundreds of events and meetings to ensure that SCI’s message of global peace reaches as many people as possible. We are very proud of the extensive work done this year to engage youth, elected officials, and community leaders.
