Dear City Council members,
Im writing to express my strong support for the Council to elect candidate Maria Doerr to the Menlo Park City Council District 5 seat.
As a resident of Menlo Park and a homeowner, I am enthusiastic about supporting Maria and other young people who are interested and engaged in our citys development. I believe that Marias commitment to the social sector, and specifically her sustainability-focused work, and the fresh eyes shell bring to the issues the Council deals with will be most welcome. Marias goals as a council member excite me when I think of the long-term needs of Menlo Park attracting new residents and supporting those of us that already live here - more and better housing solutions, electrification efforts, traffic planning solutions, land use, and perhaps most importantly, fostering more understanding and positive relationships amongst city residents.
I strongly urge you to elect Maria Doerr to fill the District 5 seat on the Council.
