Dear City Council Members,
Im writing in regard to the proposals to operate the City aquatics programs and facilities. First, Id like to commend City staff for an excellent RFP process and overall guidelines for aquatics operators.
My husband and I have been using the Burgess pools for lap swim for several years and have been very happy with the pool maintenance and staffing. Team Sheeper was particularly exceptional in its handling of the Covid-related pivoting necessary over the last couple of years.
