My experience at Burgess has never been disappointing, but rather most positive. The staff always greets me with a pleasant hello, and most know my family by name. I feel like we are all good friends, and the staff is stellar at making people happy and looking out for everyone’s needs. Tim is on top of the details in all regards. I can’t imagine the logistics of running multiple pools and programs of this size, but he makes it work really well. So, I commend Tim and his staff for their dedication over many years, and hope that he continues to stay as a great leader and coach!
