Thank you for your hard work.
I would hope the city could prioritize the following in the year ahead:
1. Please prioritize building electrification to comply with our city’s Climate Action Plan. Please require electric or zero emissions models to be installed when any gas appliance is replaced in existing homes and buildings, effective January 1, 2024 (with financial assistance where needed, with exemptions for technical infeasibility, and Including broad community outreach as part of the process).
2. Improve and invest in safety on Coleman Ave. Please work with the county to install dedicated bike lanes on this street with a lot of school and student traffic
3. Work to revitalize downtown. Pu-lease.
