Dear Council Members,
I would like the City Council to reconsider giving the restaurant to be located at 961 El Camino Real a use permit for outdoor seating and serving until 2 a.m. 7 days a week.
This restaurant backs up to a residential area, people who live and work in Menlo Park and need their sleep. Outdoor noise should end at 10, especially on week nights.
