As a longtime Menlo Park resident, I am writing to express my strong support for the proposed Clockworks restaurant on El Camino Real next to the Guild Theatre.
This is an exciting opportunity to bring vibrancy and community to downtown Menlo Park. A place for both young and old, we hope that the City Council allows this project to move forward. Sadly, downtown Menlo Park is not a destination for many Menlo Park residents, due to its high volume of rug stores and other niche home design businesses. However, a new restaurant for residents to gather and build community, is exactly what we need.
