To Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
We have learned that there is the possibility of a new restaurant and bar to occupy the Clockworks location on El Camino next to the Guild Theater. As 30 year residents of Menlo Park we enthusiastically endorse that proposal.
The Guild is a fabulous venue that we have enjoyed on numerous occasions and we feel that the addition of the proposed restaurant will add even more vibrancy to the establishment.
Menlo Park would benefit from more nightlife. This sounds like a perfect match for the Guild and help to invigorate El Camino.
