Honorable councilmembers,
Im writing to express my enthusiastic support for the proposed new development at the site of Menlo ClockWorks next to the Guild Theater. This concept will help revive the Menlo Park downtown area (dead after 9) and will surely generate hefty sales tax income. Additionally this can only be a boon for the future residents of the new housing developments along El Camino -- and of course an asset to the whole MP community.
We trust that any hypothetical infractions would be quickly addressed by those charged with code enforcement.
I urge you to follow the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve the project.
