Mayor and Council Members -
Please uphold the Planning Commissions unanimous approval of architectural control and a use permit for the Menlo Clockworks restaurant/bar/live entertainment proposal at 961 El Camino Real. I dont understand why this was called up. The project was well vetted by the PC and received unanimous approval. This is a great project - just the type of project to bring additional vitality to downtown Menlo Park. Menlo Park needs more vibrancy and this can certainly add more to downtown Menlo Park and would be very complementary to the Guild Theater next door. Please uphold the PC decision and approve without any changes/modifications to the conditions of approval.
