Greetings!
The purpose of this is to state the importance of SOLO’s access and use of the Menlo Park Community Pool at Burgess. SOLO has been active with the community since 1993 by creating an inclusive environment for a swimmers. The program has proven to be effective with swimmers qualifying for nationals. It would be such a loss to the Menlo Park community to eliminate this phenomenal program managed by Coach Tom McRae. I know my children and their friends look forward to swimming at SOLO. The swimming techniques learned by the children while enjoying the lesson speaks volumes about the coaching staff.
Please consider keeping SOLO in the contracts going forward. SOLO represents all the positive attributes of the Menlo Park community.
