Well Council, my wondering about the loss of Testosterone in this City is no longer valid. As I have looked at the website of the City Council. Please think for a change.............1) please ban from downtown electric bicycles. 2) Pave and re-light the Parking lots in Downtown, they are accidents waiting to happen 3( Ban bicycles from the area bounded by Valparaiso, Roble, University Drive & El Camino. The Park at university dr. & Santa Cruz should be used as a Bicycle Parking area. 5) Erase the bicycle lane on Santa Cruz Ave. where it crosses El Camino, & last but far from least................Dont let the State dictate the density of the City. We already have major traffic problems! Tell the State no when it comes to more housing!
