Dear Mayor Nash and Council members,
I urge you to open the street.
The “public gathering space” was an expensive fail.
Ugly picnic tables, ugly planter boxes.
Unimaginative, generic, looks like a middle school lunchroom—not the inviting place for concerts, the Bon Marche marketplace Ali created, etc., that I believed was intended.
Time to give us back the street and our parking spaces.
