These are not surplus parking lots. They are filled at or near capacity in the daytime
I truly support housing within the means of low income residents but you have to find better solutions.
First and foremost stop building offices. If you are serious revisit the plans for the SRI site and replace offices with housinf at all levels intemixed , with a very large portion at the most affordable level.
