As the head of the Menlo Park Downtown Business Group.
I have received compliants about the homeless people downtown disrupting their businesses.
They are hanging out and deficating on the sidewalks I have been told.
I bank at The Bank of the West. I make deposits everyday. There is an upswing in the number of
Homeless people in that area particularly.
Please make this a priority to stop this behavior.
