Dear City Council,
Thank you for all you continue doing to make Menlo Park one of the all-time best places to live in the United States! We are so lucky to live here.
My Family and I 100% support your plan to build affordable housing downtown, and laud the thinking that went into this plan. It preserves all our current shops and restaurants, the green in the streets around it, and gives those who do so much for we currently here the means of living near work, polluting less by commuting - which should matter lots to we who care so much about the environment, while affording those helpful workers reasonable family lives with the parents home a greater percent of the time - keeping families together better - something we all can agree we support!
That means teachers, shop and restaurant employees, food store clerks, nurses, firepeople, police, and so many others can be in community with us for such a balanced setting in which to bring up our children. We are grateful you are thinking, planing and acting this way, and cannot thank you enough.
