Hi,I appreciate your efforts to explore renter protections. I understand and agree with the value of looking out for all of our
citizens.Government needs to be forward looking and not look for band aid solutions that will help the problem today. We need
government to look 10, 20 and 50 years into the future and create the foundation now, in order to solve the housing crisis in the
future. There are many strategies to increase supply. Every year the price of rent increases, government has failed the tenants
