Dear Menlo park City Council,
As a resident of Menlo Park, I dont want to rush for the decision at this time of having more housing at the different parking areas in the Downtowns of Menlo Park.
Im in favor of beautifying our city by adding more housing with the proper Urban Design Throughout The City of Menlo Parks Planning & Building Departments, that will include the existing commercial buildings owners and not allow a group of investors to decide for the residents of Menlo Park.
Before the start of the Housing concepts we need to know the existing City infrastructure resources such as: Education, Transportation, Energy, Utilities, Financial, Architectural and Urban concepts for any typical high density housing improvements developments are currently proposing in Menlo Park at this time.
There are so many changes coming up in all the areas of our society and in the financial system.
Lets wait until next year for a wise decision. I strongly believe that we all are going to be able to afford a house like in the old years.
