as a homeowner and resident of Menlo Park i would like to express extreme concern over this proposed project. such a major project that will alter the existing and future state of downtown menlo park and affect its businesses negatively with already such little parking has had almost zero advertising to the residents. this is horrible practice- we as residents should be made aware of such plans and not have this hidden. this shouldnt be a rushed event and should be better advertised.
we cannot lose parking spaces that are already so full at all hours of the day. local businesses will be hurt by this severely and downtown will suffer. more transparency is needed and no rash and rushed decisions.
