Hi!
I am a long-time resident and I am opposed to this "optimized traffic flow" project. The info on it said drivers would download an
app onto their smart phones and that drivers would use tthat info to decide how fast to drive so, as I assume, the raffic lights
would be green when they get to them, much as the traffic lights on 19th in SF are synchronized so the drivers who go 23 mph get
all green signals.
But this program requires drivers to look often at their smart phones while driving,which is both very dangerous and is against
the law.
For those reasons, I urge you to drop this dangeros program ASAP.
