I write this email as a professional dedicated to accelerating the transition to renewable energy and a modern grid. You might be
familiar with the Clean Coalition, the Menlo Park based nonprofit organization that I founded to achieve my energy-related
ambitions.
In any case, I will keep my message brief and hope that the Clean Coalition's reputation precedes this email, by which I convey my
strongest recommendation for you to support the EV Charging Ordinance tonight. The Clean Coalition was instrumental in designing
and passing a very ambitious EV Charging Ordinance in Palo Alto three years ago, and the linkages between renewables, grid
modernization, and the proliferation of EV charging infrastructure are fundamental.
Hence, I ask you to ensure that Menlo Park maintains a leadership position in achieving a clean and sustainable future by
supporting the EV Charging Ordinance tonight.
