Hello Menlo Park Councilmembers,
I am a student at Stanford, but I'm also a resident of Menlo Park, a member of the library, and a tutor through the library's
Project Read program. As someone who lives only a few blocks from the library and Caltrain station, I'd like to ask that you try
to add affordable housing as part of the Menlo Park Library and Burgess Park renovations. I am so proud of the library in Menlo
Park, and allowing more people to live in affordable housing near city resources and commuting options would be a great
opportunity to grow the community. I know I'm glad to live so near the library and downtown Menlo Park, I hope you consider
allowing this option for more people.
