Dear City Council Members,
I support the project at 840 Menlo Ave that was previously approved by the Planning Commission. It is known that Draeger's opposes the development of the vacant lot because this would interfere with the use of the curb/street for unloading produce, etc. and for removal of trash from the store. Surely the Council can come up with a solution to handle this and also allow the owners to developed the lot that has been sitting vacant for over 15 years. It is an eyesore.
