To Menlo Park city organizers,
I write regarding the proposed modifications to 975 Florence Lane. We live across the street and are longtime resident owners on
the block (22 years). We welcome the idea of more owners - people who stay and care about our little community. We are in the
minority on this street, but it has worked. However, the additions to 975 Florence without adequate parking for the residents, not
to mention increased demand for street parking from their guests, raises great concerns for us. For that reason, we do not support
the proposed project and would be glad to discuss our concerns.
