I am excited to hear that you are planning to construct some affordable housing on the public land project near the public
library. As you are aware there is a major housing crisis in California. I’m so excited that Menlo Park is taking leadership to be
a model for how public land is used to solve public problems. Enough with these developers bidding for the most expensive housing
projects.
Thank you for being leaders in solving this horrific problem of escalating housing costs, and for doing the right thing with our
public commons and housing low-income people.
