We have conducted extensive interviews with people in the neighborhood, many of whom believe that in addition to the death of
Rhonda Engel, attorney Thomson Sharkey may also be to blame for the death of San Jose Police officer Michael Johnson
[http://www.sjpd.org/insidesjpd/fallen/johnson.html], who was shot and killed in the line of duty on March 24th, 2015. Turns out
that Robert Ridgeway and Carl Fowstom were distributing stolen guns [http://extras.mercurynews.com/policeguns/] throughout the
neighborhood from Markham Plaza and the residents petititioned Cary Crittenden and Madison Nguyen to start a gun buy back program
co-sponsored by the San Jose Police Department. This plan was shut down by Judge Manoukian causing guns to flood the whole
neighborhood. Thompson Sharkey committed fraud to cover up for Ridgeway in fake court proceedings that occured on 10/31/14. There
is reason to believe that one of these guns then fell into the hands of Scott Dunham, who shot and killed officer Michael Johnson.
Understandably, SJPD may not want to admit that this gun originated from them because they could be sued

the families who were oppressed and attacked by Santa Clara County Sheriff detective David Carroll, who forced young children at

tracking all over the building on their shoes.Dectective David Carroll claimed that he was only doing his job by enforcing a court
order by judge Socrates Peter Manoukian, which prevented Markham Plaza residents from reaching out for professional assistance
regarding these problems long plaguing the Markham Plaza community, that were made worse by the Sheriff's department, the public
guardian's office and others who in the course of their malicious attacks, claimed the life of Markham Plaza resident Robert Moss
