To the members of the Menlo Park City Council,
I would like to bring to your attention the disruption that Facebook is causing to those of us who live near its campus. I've
detailed my concerns here in this post on The Almanac's Town Square website where other neighbors have weighed in:

A similar post on the Nextdoor app is also generating a lot of feedback from the Belle Haven neighborhood
There are two key issues here that need to be addressed. One is the need for Facebook to either turn down or remove the alarm
system to prevent the disruption to surrounding homes. We would like the city to see to this immediately to avoid further "blasts"
in our homes.
The second is the utter inability to reach anyone at Facebook to address our concerns. At the Willow Village open houses and other
venues, Facebook has handed out cards with contact information for the local community. None of us has ever been able to get a
response through either the email, phone number or Facebook page that the company provided. How can we get correct contact
information so that we can address these issues with the company directly?
I would appreciate your swift attention and response to our concerns.
Best,Susan Erhart551 Hamilton Ave.650-799-6833
