This was indeed, one those ancient Roman gladiator jaw dropping moments in the colosseum (council chambers) and an outstanding First Amendment victory where the dragon, the Mayor, was slew with no blood being shed....
The moment was poetic...leaving the Mayor’s staff stunned. Like a grenade dropped into the calm waters of a lake and fish rising to the surface belly up.....
