Dear Planning Commission and City Council members,
I am writing to express my concern and dismay at the proposed development for the old Sunset Magazine property at 80 Willow Road.
Having huge towers in a historic residential neighborhood of small structures would be totally out-of-character with the neighborhood.
The traffic on Willow Road is already bad, and on Middlefield Road as well, and especially during commute hours.
How can the Planning Dept. possibly accept a huge development that would exacerbate the traffic problems that we already have.
There would also be parking problems in the area.
The development site is close to San Francisquito Creek, an important watershed for San Francisco Bay.
An Environmental Impact Report needs to be performed.
