Subject:Judge Manoukian's mental fitnessOne issue that I find to be so ironic is that the court system is accusing everyone of
"mental illness"forbringing attention to what are very solid facts of court fraud relating to Markham Plaza and the murder of

regarding Judge Manoukuian's mental fitness, and liability of the court for allowing Judge Manoukian to preside over court
proceedings right after his son had just been killed.Don't you think it is a bit strange that Judge Manoukian would accuse
hundreds of people of plotting a terrorist attack against an apartment complex just after his son had been killed in combat
fighting "alleged terrorists" in Afganistan?Don't you think this raises serious questions about Judge Manoukian's mental
competancy? The court system, by refusing to address these things and distatching the sheriff's department to terrorize the
public, caused another Markham Plaza resident named Rhonda Engel to die on April 24th in the same apartment where Robert Moss
died.The court system, D.A. and Sheriff office spent a vast amount of resources railroading Cary Andrew and terrorizing members of
the public to evade this issue.If this same amount of resources and energy had been focused on solving these problems instead of
evading these problems, blaming everyone else, and attacking people, then Rhonda Engel would probably still be alive today.LH&R
