Dear City Council,
While I'm sorry I won't be able to be there in person tomorrow, I would like to once again express my strong support for the New
Guild Project. Over the last few weeks and months, I've had the opportunity to talk to countless fellow residents of Menlo Park
about this project and its potential benefit to our great community.
The idea of having more cultural events - concerts, plays, etc. - within our city limits would be a case of rising tides lifting
all boats, inevitably bringing more business to our existing restaurants and bars and perhaps even attract new businesses that our
town couldn't exist otherwise.
I cannot be any more excited than I am about a community project like the New Guild represents and hope that you all support the
project at tomorrow's Council meeting.
