Dear City Council Members,
I am writing in strong support of the efforts to bring a new music venue to Menlo Park. I believe The New Guild will be a welcome addition to what is already a great downtown. My family and I frequent downtown MP often, for dinners and lunch and shopping. I am a life long music enthusiast and could not think of a better way to further enhance the MP experience.
Please do not let one or two of the local busineses block such a great project for the sole purposes of their narrow financial self interests. The New Guild will bring much new business and tax revenue for the benefit of the local businesses and the residents of MP.
