Dear City Council Members,I want to express that I strongly support the NEW GUILD. This new theatre will add an incredible amount
of cultural vibrancy to the community. The venue will offer entertainment for all ages, a much needed home for community group
events, all kinds of movies, not to mention a massive tax revenue boost from the increased activity to the local restaurants.
As a local Realtor, I can tell you this new venue would be a tremendous asset to be able to sell the community of Menlo Park over
other neighboring communities.
